We have selected Stripe to manage the processing of payments through our website.

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. We do not hold sensitive information on our site. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website, nor any email.
With Stripe, you are provided with a variety of options for payment of the membership fees for the My Club International. This includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
Money Back Guarantee
You may, however, cancel a payment made on this website and obtain a refund within 7 days of first paying your membership fee to the My Club International. You must give us written notice of cancellation by email info@my-club.com quoting the date of payment and the name of the person who made the payment.
In the event of cancellation within this period, we will refund the amount you paid for the membership fee, less a £5.00 administration fee, as long as you have not taken advantage of any membership benefits within the 7 day period. If this is the case, we cannot offer you a refund. This right to cancel does not apply to you if you have previously held the My Club International membership.
All refunds will be credited to the payment card used to pay the My Club International membership fees within 30 days of your cancelation.
Delivery Policy
Once the payment of your membership fee has been cleared your membership with the My Club International will start automatically.
